Kayak Hire Agreement

Why Worry B & B/Fishing Charters accept no liability for any activity undertaken by the hirer.

It is essential you take your cell phone with you and place it inside a zip lock bag (provided) and store it in the dry lock compartment of the kayak. In the case of an emergency phone 111. DO NOT wear jeans or other heavy clothing or gumboots. It is not our intention to burden potential users with restrictive conditions. It is however the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all kayaking activities are undertaken in a safe and responsible manner. If in doubt please ask for advice.

Any loss or damage of equipment will have to be paid for by the hirer.

Hiring charges
Kayak only $25/hour. Included in the hire: life jackets, zip lock phone bag, paddles.
Kayak fishing $45/hour. Included in the hire: life jackets, zip lock phone bag, paddles, Fishing rods, sea anchors.

Sea kayak hire agreement

I agree to the terms and conditions of the hiring agreement and will ensure that all kayaks and equipment hired by me are returned in good order and on the date and time specified.

I accept that it is my responsibility to ensure that any kayak and equipment hired to me is in a seaworthy condition before it is used and that I will be asked to sign to signify that I have received the equipment in good order.

I accept that Why Worry B&B/Fishing Charters can accept no liability for any activity undertaken by me as the hirer, nor can it be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage either to the hirer or any third party.

I accept that my credit card will be deducted for any damages caused by me by Why Worry B&B/Fishing Charters if these conditions are not fulfilled.
